House Rules

• Pets (with the exception of licensed service animals) are strictly prohibited.
• Parties are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking/vaping in the house is strictly prohibited.
• Moving the Furniture is strictly prohibited.  Please note: the bunkbeds are bolted to the wall for your safety.

House Info

The closest grocery store is Publix and is about 3 minutes from the house at the corner of US-1 and Kanner Hwy (SR76).

Kitchen 

The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, silverware, utensils, etc., and includes a toaster, blender, drip coffee pot and Keurig machine. We provide enough coffee/tea to get you started, but please plan on getting more to get you through your stay. We also provide basic salt/pepper and oil and vinegar for your convenience.

The house tap water is perfectly safe to drink, and the refrigerator has filtered water (filters are changed every six months). 

Bathrooms

• Ample hand soap, shampoo, body wash and toilet paper are provided.
• Toilets are for toilet paper ONLY; (i.e. no feminine sanitary products or contraceptive devices of any kind).

Back yard

Please consider removing your shoes (or at least wiping them really well on the mat) when you come back inside. The back yard can get muddy; excessive dirt/stains on the rugs are your responsibility.

BBQ Grill:

When finished using the grill, please use the provided grill scraper to scrape the grill gate, and please remember to shut off the gas.

Fire Pit:

When finished using the fire pit, once it has cooled down, please close the lid and remember to shut off the gas.

Trash/Recycling:

Place all bagged trash in the larger Green bin, and recyclable items (cardboard, glass, plastics) in the Blue bin located outside next to the garage.

Security Camera:

The house has a doorbell camera, located in the front of the house for security purposes.  The doorbell camera only activates if the button is pressed.  There is also a doorbell-style camera on the garage door for package deliveries.  

Rest assured, there are NO cameras inside the house.
